The Master plan was designed to re plan the 6th of October Airport.

The design is divided in 4 projects in addition to the infrastructure and landscaping.

The project is consisting of Main Gate, Control Tower College, Admin Building, Motels and recreation are plus infrastructure facilities.
Control Tower College – 6th of October Airport

Educational building to serve as the module of Control Tower for training and to graduate professional Control Tower Navigators.

The systems installed are certified by Talhass and Cervavia.

The project coast approaching 40 Million LE.

The project is located on Elwahat Roads, at 6th of October region.

The project was Design only by EEC.
Administrative Building of Civil Aviation Academy

Administration building to serve as an Admin building for the civil aviation academy, more than 160 employees will occupied the building and the Dean of the academy as well.

The building area about 4000 Square Meter and located at 6th of October Air port.

The building is occupied with the most advanced technology if fire fighting (Fog System) and the highest technology is security and monitoring.

The Project is Design and Supervision by EEC.
Pilots Training Center - EEA

The project is to design 1100 Sq/M building for Pilots Training Center to serve as aviation training center for pilots within the Middle East.
